The Brighton Storytellers

Brighton Storytellers are committed to keeping the art of oral storytelling alive for adults and children. Over the years we have brought nationally recognized storytellers to Brighton, run story circles, put people in touch with tellers for their events, run workshops, and now we are pleased to present

The Telling Space

A monthly gathering dedicated to storytelling, the spoken word and sound; interpret that how you will! With a guest teller every month, floor spots open to all and easy access to a well appointed bar, The Telling Space offers an ideal combination of creative opportunity and entertainment. We welcome everyone, those who wish to perform and those who prefer to listen and enjoy.

The Telling Space is held on the 4th Thursday of the month in the Gallery Room of the Lord Nelson, on Trafalgar Street, Brighton. Entry is free (although a small donation is always welcome to help keep the event running).
